Recently, Selena Gomez shared in an interview with Vanity Fair that she wants to become a parent but will not be able to bear children due to her medical problems. She disclosed that she has lots of medical issues that can harm her life and her baby's life. This is her only sorrow she is struggling with. The singer reveals her longtime desire to start a family. Although Selena expressed that her journey of motherhood will not follow the traditional way as she is thinking of adoption or surrogacy, which she is yet to decide.

American actress Selena Gomez also gave thanks to the people who are following other options to become mothers, and she considered herself one of those. She is looking forward to the journey, which will be more unique than the traditional journey. Selena Gomez's mother was also adopted. So, adaptation is not a new concept in her family. Selena Gomez was born when her mother was 16, and both of them grew up together. American actor Selena Gomez also claimed that it was difficult for her to cope with the separation of her parents at the age of 5, and it makes her cautious about getting married. The founder of Rare Beauty gave a statement that although she is not willing to get married, she has always wished to start a family at the age of 35, which is three years away, according to Daily Express US.
