Doctor Song and this office are great. We get appointments and treatment quickly when necessary

I really appreciate Dr. Song taking the time to talk with me and completely listen to my concerns regarding the medication change. I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Song's opinions and feedback when it comes to my children. She truly looks at the whole picture and what is in the best interest of my children when treating them.

Dr. Song is fantastic. She always respectfully and thoughtfully listens to my son's needs and concerns & makes him feel valued as an individual. Excellent doctor!

The nurse we had was wonderful with communication with us! She was very nice and helpful. She did not do a good job with obtaining a weight and height. The scale beeps when it locks in the weight and she noted and charted the weight as 36.0 when I saw it beeped at 36.2 seconds later. She also did not have my child move back towards the measuring part of the scale to obtain the most accurate height. A review of skills would be nice.

We love Dr Song She is the best and most thorough doctor. She always listens and she's been treating my kids since they were born. She always listens and takes time with each of my children when we are there.

Overall great experience! Everyone was helpful, respectful, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Song was fabulous! She knew my son's medical history. She showed compassion and genuine care while talking with my son and myself. She communicated with us with regarding how my son was feeling, thoughts, and took into consideration what we said. Dr. Song is one of the best providers for Pediatric care.

Dr. Song is a very good listener.

Dr. Song has quickly become one of my favorite pediatricians, if not doctors who I have encountered. Although she has not always been my children's pediatrician, she has learned about their histories quickly, takes the time to connect with them, and make them feel safe, answers my questions, and listens collaboratively, and she is the type of pediatrician I wish all children could see.

Dr. Song is the best. I wish more doctors were as caring as she is.

Dr. Song was very professional, very friendly, and very thorough with my son. He is a type 1 diabetic and we came in because he had a stomach virus and had been sick for a couple of days, but she was very thorough with him, even went over some things with his diabetes and his mental health. And so I just want to highly recommend her and recognize her for her great professionalism.

We love this office and want to continue care with you guys but can't because of our health insurance and prisma not coming to an agreement. We hope to be able to come back in the future.
